Our Story
Our story begins in 2008 with an ambitious software engineer named Joe Lim who dared to dream beyond the confines of his role at Hewlett Packard. Let's begin on this exciting journey of inspiration and entrepreneurial spirit, the tale of WoW! Let's Party Pte Ltd.
At a time when Joe was wrestling with the monotony of endless business meetings and a nomadic life, a spark ignited within him, sowing the seeds of an idea that would soon change his life and the lives of many others. This idea, born from a longing for time and financial freedom, found its first physical form in the basement of Joe's mother's house.
With relentless passion and determination, Joe transformed this spark into WoW! Let's Party, a vibrant business offering party supplies and balloons. He gradually built a successful online platform that reached customers far and wide, opened 4 bustling retail outlets, and established a fully equipped distribution warehouse.
However, Joe's dream did not stop with commercial success. He understood the value of nurturing the future generation. Over the past 8 years, he has mentored numerous young trainees, enabling them to upgrade their education through on-job traineeships and work-study diplomas. Among his many success stories, Bryton Lim stands out, having won the prestigious Lee Kuan Yew Award in 2017 under Joe's tutelage.
Apart from his entrepreneurial pursuits and mentorship, Joe's connection with his community runs deep. He routinely engages in grassroots activities, providing comfort and companionship to the elderly. He is also a fervent supporter of the Make-a-Wish Foundation and the NUS Children’s Aids Foundation, sponsoring their causes to further their incredible work.
